Complaints and disputes
Our organization makes every effort to be of service to you. It is nevertheless possible that you are dissatisfied with a certain aspect of our service or with the invoiced amount.
In that case you can report your objections orally or in writing to our Complaints Officer. He or she will aim to handle your objections as soon as possible. That will of course be done free of charge and in close consultation with you. You will always receive written confirmation of the solution proposed by our Complaints Officer.
