Our practice does everything it can to be of good service to you. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are dissatisfied about certain aspects of our service. Our firm has a complaints procedure for such cases.

When following this procedure you are entitled to request the mediation of the Royal Notarial Association (Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie). Moreover, the Complaints and Disputes Regulations Notarial Profession apply to our services. You can submit your problems to the Notarial Profession Disputes Committee (de Geschillencommissie Notariaat), if KienhuisHoving N.V.’s proposed solution does not meet your approval.

In such a case the Regulations of the Notarial Profession Disputes Committee (Reglement Geschillencommissie Notariaat) are applicable; these regulations can be requested from the committee’s secretary at the address: PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague. Depending on the type of complaint, you can submit a formal complaint to the Chamber for the Notarial Profession (Kamer voor het Notariaat). For more information regarding this procedure please visit www.knb.nl.
