KienhuisHoving has a strong focus on employment and pension law. We act on behalf of employers (both domestic and foreign) in a broad range of sectors (profit and nonprofit), individual directors/employees and works councils.
We advise and litigate on matters (for example) regarding termination of employment, reorganizations for both large and small organizations, collective agreement, employee participation and noncompetition clauses and/or business relations clauses. Our employment lawyers also have extensive experience with placement and payrolling which are special forms of employment relationships where three parties are involved.
