German Desk Duitstalig grensoverschrijdend internationaal cultuurverschillen Duitsland

The German Desk of KienhuisHoving supports companies to operate across borders. In particular between the Netherlands and Germany and vice versa. How can we be helpful?

For Dutch companies

We are often the first point of contact for Dutch companies that (want to) do business in Germany, have a dispute, have employees or for instance want to establish a branch. In addition, we advise exclusively based on Dutch law. We can identify the most common questions, and timely refer them within our international network of German law and accountancy firms. We also often act, through our knowledge of linguistic, cultural and legal differences, as a contact person for the German advisor.

For German companies

In addition, the German Desk supports the German and German-speaking companies that (want to) do business in the Netherlands. The employees of the German Desk are all fully bilingual and speak fluent Dutch and German. Language problems are not an issue. Translations can be made in-house. We have years of experience in German business life, culture and legal differences.
