Bram van de Kam and David Bos admitted as partners

As of 1 March 2021, Bram van de Kam and David Bos will join KienhuisHoving lawyers and civil-law notaries as partners.

Bram (1973) is admitted with the Dutch Bar since 1997 and has a focus on construction and real estate law.. After completing his law studies at the University of Utrecht, he started at Nysingh attorneys and civil-law notaries and subsequently worked in the international practice of Van Eps Kunneman Van Doorne on Curaçao for a number of years. Upon returning to the Netherlands, he headed the construction practice at Benthem Gratama advocaten. During the recent period, Bram worked as lawyer / general counsel at Koninklijke VolkerWessels B.V.

David (1975) contributes more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer and bankruptcy trustee at law firm CMS in Utrecht. For example, David advises and litigates on bankruptcies, financing arrangements, securities, seizure, directors ' liability,  leasing, contract  law (performance, breach of contract, default, , damages). David is regularly appointed by the District Court as bankruptcy trustee: for example in the Cool Cat bankruptcy (2019). Clients can also contact David for matters concerning a creditors' agreement (WHOA).
