MT1000: KienhuisHoving ranked second in Dutch MT1000 2020 for legal service providers

A great compliment for all the hard work our colleagues did this year. Today (17 December 2020) Management Team published the annual MT1000 Ranking, which is the main survey to the service from Dutch business service providers.

This year our lawfirm ranked second in the category ‘legal service providers’, a great achievement which we are very proud of! The MT1000 survey is based on evaluations from clients/business owners with a focus on three elements:  (i) customer focus (ii) ownership/leadership and (iii) product quality.

KienhuisHoving furthermore ranked first on the NPS-score, which has proven its value as an indicator of customer satisfaction.
