Use of our services
When using our services we request you to provide us with personal data. This data is required in order to provide the service and is kept in the data files of KienhuisHoving in accordance with the statutory retention obligation.
If you send us an e-mail or any other message, it is kept in our e-mail archive. As a result of back-up procedures and the statutory retention obligation, these messages can be kept for 7 years. Occasionally we may request personal information that is relevant for a specific situation. This enables us to process and answer your questions.
KienhuisHoving does not provide third parties with your data, unless it is required to provide the service, a request or, in general, to achieve the objective correctly for which the personal data was gathered. Our employees, as well as the third parties that were provided with the personal data, as stipulated in the second part of the preceding sentence, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. We also impose this obligation on the processors we engage to provide our services.
We ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect the personal data you provided against unlawful use. Secure connections are used to send your data via the Internet. The data is stored and processed in a certified data center and personal information is protected from search engines.
Visiting the website
When you visit our website, the technical characteristics of your visit are stored in so-called log files, for example, the requested page, the IP address, the time, the browser type and such. We do not check who used which IP address at what time and we do not use this data to trace you. The log files are solely used for analytical purposes and are kept for a maximum period of 12 months.

When setting up ‘Google Analytics’ we took the following measures to ensure privacy:
• Google Analytics may only process your IP-address anonymously.
• The Google Analytics ‘Share information’ options have been disabled.
• A processor’s agreement was closed.

Inspection and amendment of personal data
You are entitled to ask us which information about you is kept in our databases. If you feel that information is not or no longer correct or complete, you can request us to supplement, correct or remove your personal data.
